Introduction
naughts.pl is a simple demonstration of how easy it is to write basic games using Perl and cookies.
The game in question is Naughts and Crosses known to others as Tic Tac Toe. The AI gameplay for the computer is not really intelligent at all and just relies on psuedo-random numbers.
